Startup Fee & Costs
To join Traveluxe, there is a one-time startup and training fee of $500, which includes access to our industry-leading training, setup, and essential tools. A renewal fee of $350 is required annually on January 1st. If you begin training between October 1st and December 31st, your next year’s renewal fee is waived.
This fee ensures that you receive top-tier training, access to exclusive tools, supplier certifications, ongoing support, and marketing resources—all designed to help you succeed. Unlike other agencies, we invest in your growth from day one, providing one-on-one training, branded marketing, and access to the industry's best suppliers.
Additionally, agents are required to subscribe to our CRM system for $25 per month after training completion, which is a tax-deductible expense.

To provide expert recommendations, you should have first-hand travel experience. Our ideal team member has done at least one of the following in the last three years:
✔ Stayed at an on-site Disney World Resort or Sailed on Disney Cruise Line
✔ Sailed on a Royal Caribbean, Celebrity, Princess, or Norwegian cruise
✔ Vacationed in Europe
✔ Stayed at an All-Inclusive Resort
If you haven’t checked one of these boxes, we expect you to have other meaningful travel experiences that demonstrate your passion for exploring the world.
