The process of researching and putting together a customized, bespoke proposal that matches your travel desires takes time. On average, we spend 25 hours working on a trip from initial discussion through your arrival back home. To make sure that our clients receive the utmost service and care, we ask for a commitment from you if you are requesting quotes and services from us.
Our consulting fees include a clarity session with your Travel Advisor plus the research and creation of your travel itinerary. If you choose to book your travel package with us, it also includes our support before, during, and after your travel. Additional fees will be charged if your travel plans change drastically during the consultation process or after booking. See below for the different consulting packages we offer.
Professional Consulting Packages
To begin work, an initial consulting package is required. Once the package is paid in full, your Travel Advisor will begin researching and creating your perfect vacation. This cost is per family traveling and separate from the cost of your trip. This is non-refundable and covers our research, time, technology, and planning services. Each vacation we craft requires a unique amount of time to create and research, therefore the consulting fees will vary. Your advisor will let you know the exact cost.
Consulting packages start at $500
You will have access to our highest level advisor with exceptional skill at her craft and have the largest demand for her time.
Our Advisors put in the time, energy, and education necessary to earn their title. Typically with 8+ years of experience and many thousands of hours crafting vacations. They are truly the best-of-the best and are going to deliver a wealth of knowledge on destinations across the globe. Their dedication and service to creating an amazing vacation for you is unmatched. Many of these professionals are educators in our agency and inspire their teammates and empower their clients to go beyond the normal cookie cutter vacation.
Additional Surcharges:
Initiation of planning between 65 and 14 days of departure: $100
Initiation of planning within 14 days of departure: $200
Planning initiated after July 1st for holiday period travel (Dec 15-Jan 5) or after January 1st for spring break (March 1-April 25): $100
Change Fee: $100
Non-emergency assistance outside of our regular business hours $50 per request
