Traveluxe Hosts Third Annual Ignite Conference and First Ignite at Sea
Traveluxe brings advisors and supplier partners together for its third annual company conference, expanding the event to sea for the first time
CHICAGO, February 1, 2026 — Traveluxe, a Chicago-based luxury travel agency serving travelers nationwide, successfully hosted its third annual Ignite conference and first-ever Ignite at Sea, held January 29 through February 1, 2026.
The multi-day event marked the next evolution of Traveluxe’s advisor conference, following two previous Ignite events in Chicago. This year, the company brought advisors, leadership and supplier partners together at sea for a more immersive combination of education, networking, recognition and relationship-building.
“Ignite has become one of the most important things we do as a company,” said Meg Kinnerk, Founder and CEO of Traveluxe. “It gives our advisors the opportunity to learn directly from our supplier partners, connect with each other and step away from the day-to-day work long enough to think bigger about their businesses.”
The 2026 program included supplier presentations, hosted breakfasts, educational sessions, advisor networking and an awards celebration recognizing standout performance across the Traveluxe team.
Participating supplier partners included Atlantis and Avanti Destinations, along with additional partners who supported the event through presentations, hosted experiences and advisor prizes.
Traveluxe also recognized advisors across a range of performance and growth categories, including Million Dollar Agent, Rising Star, Momentum, Breakthrough and other achievement awards.
The event reflects Traveluxe’s continued investment in advisor development, supplier relationships and company culture as the agency continues to grow its nationwide network of professional travel advisors.
