Traveluxe Celebrates Four Million-Dollar Travel Advisors Following Record 2025
Luxury travel agency recognizes standout advisor performance after more than $23 million in annual travel sales
CHICAGO, February 2, 2026 — Traveluxe, a Chicago-based luxury travel agency serving clients nationwide, is celebrating a milestone year after four of its professional travel advisors surpassed $1 million in annual travel sales in 2025, contributing to more than $23 million in total agency sales for the year.
Traveluxe advisors Kristy Lobell, Lisa Liptak, Michele Soto, and Heather Koors, were recognized as Million Dollar Agents during the agency’s 2026 Ignite at Sea conference, where Traveluxe celebrated advisor achievements from the previous year.
Among them, Kristy Lobell was named Traveluxe’s 2025 Agent of the Year after reaching $5 million in annual travel sales, one of the highest individual production levels in the agency’s history.
“Having four million-dollar advisors is something I’m incredibly proud of, because it shows what our team is capable of,” said Meg Kinnerk, Founder and CEO of Traveluxe. “These aren’t simply great sales numbers. They represent years of building expertise, taking care of clients, developing supplier relationships and treating travel advising like a real business.”
The milestone reflects Traveluxe’s continued evolution from the agency Kinnerk founded in 2010 into a nationwide organization of professional travel advisors specializing in luxury leisure travel.
Traveluxe has increasingly invested in the infrastructure surrounding its advisors, including professional development, mentorship, technology, marketing, supplier education and opportunities for advisors to build expertise within specific destinations and travel brands.
The agency’s annual Ignite conference is part of that investment. The 2026 event marked Traveluxe’s third Ignite conference and its first held at sea, bringing advisors and industry partners together for several days of education, networking and professional development.
In addition to its Million Dollar Agents, Traveluxe recognized advisors at multiple stages of their careers for growth, momentum and breakthrough performance during 2025.
“What matters to me is that there isn’t only one path to being successful here,” Kinnerk said. “We have established advisors producing at an extraordinary level, and we also have newer advisors gaining momentum and building businesses of their own. Creating an environment where both can succeed is something we’ve been very intentional about.”
