Surprisingly expansive in its layout, you'll discover pristine beach areas and your choice of thoughtfully designed pools. This resort is unequivocally the standout gem in the hotel zone.

Range of Accommodations: In this luxurious resort, you'll have the choice of three towers, each catering to different preferences.

The Pyramid Tower offers entry-level rooms with 302 total rooms, including connecting rooms for families or larger groups. These rooms have more enclosed bathrooms for added privacy.

On the other hand, the Club Tower is the epitome of luxury, featuring 85 rooms, some of which are connecting, and it boasts a Club lounge with exclusive amenities. The bathrooms in this tower are open but can be closed for those seeking flexibility.

Finally, the Turquoise Tower, designed exclusively for adults, offers access to the Punta Vista Rooftop with a pool and bar. This tower also provides butler service and openable/closable bathrooms. Guests staying here will enjoy a more peaceful pool area and access to the public beach.

Culinary Adventures: With an amazing selection of 18 bars, restaurants, and lounges, this resort provides an exquisite culinary journey. Most of the restaurants and lounges work on a first-come, first-served basis, except for the hibachi restaurant, which tends to be in high demand and benefits from advance reservations.

Moongate, one of the standout dining options, offers three distinctive seating choices: first-come, hibachi, and private dining. While private dining involves an additional cost, the experience is enriched by the return of a significant portion of that cost in the form of dining credits. This allows you to enhance your dining experience with indulgent choices such as lobsters, fine wines, and other enhancements. Your culinary adventure is sure to be unforgettable.

Also, beer enthusiasts will delight in Tres Cervezas, an on-site brewery and sports bar. Here, they brew three seasonal beers, providing a rotation of exciting flavors for you to enjoy.

If you're planning a special event, the resort offers two unique options: the Rooftop Terrace, which can accommodate up to 200 guests for weddings, and the Beach Terrace, suitable for up to 50 sit-down guests or 100 for a buffet-style event.

Final Impression: I wouldn't hesitate for a second to endorse this remarkable resort to a wide range of travelers. Whether you're a family, couple, luxury enthusiast, or simply seeking a laid-back escape with friends, this place has it all.

The resort stands out for its cleanliness, beauty, and sheer opulence. It's astonishing to find such a spacious haven in the heart of the hotel zone, with numerous pristine beach areas and an array of well-distributed pools.
In my opinion, it's easily the finest resort in the hotel zone.

We would like to introduce you to Sandals Ochi, a sprawling resort on Jamaica's north coast. Welcome to a world of luxury and charm, where this expansive resort invites you to savor diverse dining options, from the acclaimed sushi spot to other culinary treasures. Discover the resort's distinct offerings, including beach shuttles and a range of pools. Yet, it's the genuine warmth and hospitality of the staff that truly make your stay exceptional and inviting.

Arrival and Transportation: Navigating the airport intricacies was a breeze thanks to our choice of Club MoBay, a decision I'd confidently recommend to anyone. As we effortlessly sailed through the terminal, it was evident that our time was well spent, especially considering the lengthy lines other travelers grappled with. Having touched down at 1:00, we were pleasantly surprised to find ourselves checking in at the Sandals resort by 1:20, setting a positive tone for the days ahead.

In contrast, our experience with Sandals Ochi painted a different picture. Despite being told the journey from the airport would take around an hour and a half, reality proved otherwise. The two-hour-plus commute left us arriving at the resort by 4:30, a later start to our vacation than anticipated. Knowing this, we would recommend opting for private transfers, and not shared shuttle.

Overall Impression: Experiencing sheer magnificence, this resort stands as a testament to beauty and cleanliness. The dedicated staff elevates the overall atmosphere, ensuring our every need is met with attentiveness.

Our stay in the Butler Village, within a poolside suite as part of the Concierge Level experience, has been nothing short of exceptional. Our suite boasts a private pool, a unique feature shared by only three rooms. Intriguingly, these inviting pools seem to remain untouched, despite their charm. The club level perks are indeed a draw, offering the luxury of room service and a lounge for effortless water refills and dinner reservations.

For those contemplating the Butler Village experience, I recommend selecting a room closer to the lobby to mitigate the challenges posed by the sprawling, hilly terrain.
Get ready for the vastness of this resort. At first, the beach shuttle might seem inconvenient, but you'll adjust. It comes every 10 minutes at 3 stops. The beach is small but charming, always with available chairs. And, the main pool by our room offers entertainment, while 2 beachside pools are quieter. The beach area is lively with entertainment.

Food: Let's dive into the dining scene. The food is pretty good, but there's a little trick – without reservations, your dinner choices could be a tad limited. Pro tip: once you're checked in, make those dinner reservations for your entire trip. Trust me, it's a game-changer. I decided to check out the Hibachi and French Restaurant, both with reservations, of course. The Hibachi experience was decent, but the French Restaurant truly stood out with its delicious offerings.

Sushi enthusiasts, rejoice! The sushi spot here is a must-try, and from what I've gathered chatting with fellow guests, it's the one to beat. When it comes to breakfast and lunch, don't worry – there are plenty of walk-in spots to satisfy your cravings. But here's the icing on the cake: the staff. They've been the heart and soul of this resort, going above and beyond to make everyone's stay fantastic. Their friendliness and warmth have truly made my time here unforgettable.

Conclusion: This resort delivers a balanced retreat. The serene beach area and diverse pools ensure relaxation and engagement. Notably, the staff's attentive care elevates the stay. Culinary delights, including the celebrated sushi spot, further enhance the experience. The result is an unforgettable blend of luxury and genuine hospitality.
